Where are you located? And what areas do you service?
We are located at 248 W. 35th St. New York, NY 10001 - and we service the entire greater New York area: Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, and Long Island City, even the greater Westchester, and Nassau counties.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Although we encourage customers to call in advance, "walk ins" are more than welcome. Our repair labs are staffed with certified repair technicians around the clock.
Do you offer warranties on your repairs?
Yes, all of Laptop Medic's repair services are under warranty for up to 6 months.
What is your 3 hour maximum billing all about?
In the RARE case a laptop requires more service hours to repair as initially quoted for; our technicians WILL NOT rescind on the original estimate and inflate the cost associated to the extra hours of labor.
Can I ship my PC or laptop to your repair labs for a free estimate?
Yes, you can ship your laptop or computer to us and credit the shipping costs towards your repairs. If you choose not to let us service your laptop however, our accounting dept will split the shipping fee with you.
Can I pay online with a Paypal account?
Yes you can.
Do you take major credit cards and checks?
We take Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Unfortunately we do NOT take checks.
If I live in the greater New York area, can I have a technician come to me?
Yes, Laptop Medic can send a technician to you - estimates and types of repairs can range in price.
